Contract

By renting from Apex Appliance LLC, the customer agrees to the following: 1. Equipment Use: The customer shall use the equipment in a careful and proper manner. 2. Liability Waiver: Apex Appliance LLC is not responsible for any damage to property or injury resulting from the use or installation of the equipment. 3. Maintenance: The customer is responsible for basic care; any mechanical failures must be reported immediately. 4. Payments: Monthly rental fees are processed via autopay as agreed upon during checkout.
